Respectful appreciation at all times is essential when dealing with conflicts. At some stages it is advisable not to leave the parties in conflict alone but to give mediation on hand and end up in professional conflict resolution.

We coach and support your management in professional conflict resolution: We offer mediation in conflicts with single employees (e.g. behavioural problems) or conflicts between two or more employees or within different levels of management and e.g. workers committees.
